Terms and conditions

These terms govern enrolment in the training programme offered by TODO — legal entity name as per PAN , trading as TyD Bureau (“we”, “us”). By enrolling and making payment, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

An in-person training programme in data structures and algorithms, consisting of approximately 45 sessions covering 76 problems, delivered at Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal. Sessions run 5 days a week in the evening batches you select at enrolment.

Enrolment also includes access to our online portal for homework submission, practice drills and progress tracking, for the duration of your cohort.

2. No guarantee of employment

We are a training institute, not a placement agency. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or any particular outcome. We do not offer placement assistance and make no claim to relationships with any employer. What we provide is instruction; what you obtain with it depends on your own effort and circumstances.

3. Attendance and participation

The programme is delivered in person only. It is not available remotely, and sessions are not recorded for later viewing. Learning depends on attendance, and you are responsible for material covered in sessions you miss.

You agree that during class you will:

  • disable AI code assistance and autocomplete tools when asked to;
  • write your own solutions rather than copying them;
  • submit homework honestly, with genuine evidence of your own work.

4. Fees and payment

The programme fee is ₹22,000, payable in full before classes begin, unless a discount code has been issued to you. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We are not currently registered for GST.

Access to the online portal is contingent on payment and may be suspended if fees are outstanding.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Set out separately in our refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Conduct

We may end your enrolment without refund for conduct that disrupts teaching, for harassment of other students or staff, for damage to premises or equipment, or for repeated dishonesty in submitted work. This is a step we expect never to take.

7. Your work and our materials

Code you write remains yours. Course materials, problem sets, explanations and drills we produce remain ours, and are provided for your personal use during the programme. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute or resell them.

8. Changes to the schedule

We may reschedule individual sessions where necessary, and will give as much notice as circumstances allow. If we cancel the programme entirely before it begins, we will refund fees in full.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability arising out of or in connection with the programme is limited to the fees you have paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or opportunity.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
